How do I make an appointment about career assistance?
Tammy-Lee makes all her bookings direct. You can either phone 07 393 2424, or 027 474 2255 and please, leave a message if need be, she may be with a client at the time. Alternatively, email her via the contact page and we will be in touch.
Once I have made a career related appointment, what can I expect?
Before the appointment you will be sent a link to complete some assessments and a short registration questionnaire. This means that Tammy-Lee can be prepared for your session, to make the most out of the time. Normally, you will have two sessions of around 1.5 hours each, depending on what needs you have. From the session you will gain a comprehensive report about yourself and career related attributes, career options and study options if that is what you require. Sessions are very personalised and you will get out of it what you request.
Can I bring a support person to my session?
Yes, of course. Students often like to bring a parent, caregiver or other sponsor to the session. That’s great, but support people, please remember that the session is for the person in question.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Before your appointment, we will have already put quite a lot of work into your programme. Like other professional businesses, we have a cancellation policy. However, we know reality and sometimes things happen. Plenty of advanced notice may mean that we can reschedule or make another arrangement.
What are your costs?
For everything we do, we tell you up front what the cost will be. We like the no surprises approach.
I think I need a new resume, how can you work with me?
Resumes are very different depending on factors like the job you want to apply for and how much experience you have. Sometimes you just need your old one revived into the 21st Century! We will discuss with you the aim of your resume and we will take into consideration all factors of your working life to develop one for you. Usually we will meet in person first, but Skype and phone are options too. We will go over your draft before getting it ready to go live, so there will be plenty of opportunity to make tweaks here and there. You will be supplied with a print, editable electronic and PDF copy for you to use right away.

I am interested in running a personal development workshop for my employees. What are my options?
Personal development workshops are a great option to increase team morale and enable people to work better independently and collaboratively. Most commonly we do work around personalities and how different personalities interact within a team, but there are many options, please enquire and discuss what you are after.
I am having some staff related issues, can you help?
Yes, we specialise in staff development and role structure, but please enquire to discuss your situation.
Can I just call and talk to a real person about my needs?
Yes, please do! We don’t answer calls if we are busy with clients, however, we will always get back to you as soon as possible.
What are your practice hours?
Typically the practice office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-4:00 pm. However, appointments are made outside of these hours and we are contactable Monday to Friday via phone or email.
